If an Innovative Concepts Support personnel directs you to this page, he or she will want you to click the link below to run remote help. If you are using Internet Explorer you will be asked to confirm that you want to run this application. If you are using Firefox, you will be asked to save it to your desktop. Then you will be able to double-click on it to run it. Additionally, your browser may ask you for a few more security confirmations before it actually runs.
