Did You Know?
Label and save your system disks!
Congratulations...you`ve just purchased a new computer. Maybe it`s your second or third or fourth computer. While you are unpacking it, find the CDs that came with it, label them (on the disk, not the sleeve) with a Sharpie, with the date and the computer model, and file them in a safe place. One way is to label a manila folder accordingly and put them in the folder in your file cabinet,Why, you ask? If your computer ever needs service, you may need to provide the disks to reload the operating system or the drivers. We do repairs and servicing of computers here at Innovative Concepts and we often need the operating disks to properly do the job. If you file them this way, you’ll easily know which disks belong with which computer when service time comes.
If your computer is running slower and slower, bring it in for a tune-up and/or a memory upgrade to give it new life.
